1. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the City of Tucson and the State of Arizona, United States. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the website or our custom manufacturing services shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Pima County, Arizona.
2. CUSTOM WORK & REFUND POLICY
Because our laser engraving and wood CNC products are custom-made to your exact specifications, all custom orders are final. We cannot accept returns, modifications, or issue refunds once production has begun.
3. DEPOSITS & PAYMENT TERMS
For larger-scaled, intricate, or high-value custom work, a deposit may be required before any design layout, digital rendering, material sourcing, or machinery setup begins. The specific deposit amount and payment milestones will be outlined in your custom project quote. All required deposits are strictly non-refundable, as they secure workshop production time and cover initial material overhead.
4. MATERIAL NATURAL VARIATIONS
Wood is a natural product. Variations in color, grain, knots, and texture are inherent characteristics of real wood and are not considered defects. Laser engraving depth and color can also vary based on the natural density and moisture content of the wood piece. By ordering, you acknowledge and accept these unique, natural characteristics.
5. DESIGN APPROVAL & COPYRIGHT
Before we begin cutting or engraving, a digital proof or layout may be sent to you for confirmation. It is the client's sole responsibility to check for spelling errors, dimension accuracies, and layout flaws. Once approved, we are not responsible for errors present on the signed-off proof. Furthermore, the client warrants that any images, logos, or design files provided to us do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks.
6. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED MATERIALS
If you provide your own blanks or wood slabs for engraving/machining, you do so entirely at your own risk. While we exercise extreme care, custom manufacturing carries inherent risks of machine malfunction or material fracture. We are not liable for replacing or reimbursing the cost of customer-supplied materials in the event of an unavoidable error or failure during the fabrication process.
7. SHIPPING & LOCAL PICKUP
We ship nationwide. While we take maximum precautions to package items securely (especially large CNC signs), we are not liable for transit delays, handling damage, or losses caused by third-party shipping carriers. Local pickup options are available by scheduled appointment at our Tucson location.
